Lynne Begier

Lynne has been a trailblazer and leader in the wellness space since she started teaching yoga in 2001. Her deep calling to work with natural healing modalities came in the 90s. Her studies have been vast and deep. She spent many years studying yoga, meditation and Ayurveda with her teachers Ana Forrest and Tias Little with extensive travels to California, New York and the Kripalu Center between 2001 and 2015. In those travels, she was immersed in her own healing (physical and emotional), learning from her teachers and exploring other healing modalities to support her transformation. It was not until she had a severe head injury that she had to adjust everything by slowing herself down to meditate. After many years of teaching and operating her own yoga studios, she stepped away to spend time deepening her own studies once again with Ayurveda, Plants, Plant Medicines, Amphibian Medicines, Raw Food and more. Her offerings now include a deep well of authentic offerings, including Sacred Toad and Mushroom Ceremonies, Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Kambo Holistic Treatments, Detox Retreats, Women’s Retreat and Couples Retreats.

She holds all these medicines with respect and safety – each client is screened for appropriateness and timing to receive. When receiving Sacred Medicines, doses are measured and weighed for safety and this also allows us to deeply trust the process and open to the beauty and joy within these transformational spaces.

Lynne is a permanent resident of Mexico where she bases most of her diverse offerings. She also spends time in the US each year where she travels as a teacher and facilitator. She works with an incredible professional and loving team on this purely divine journey.
